MY FIRST VALENTINE'S DAY...... :-)

The dawn of February brings all the young guys and gals joy and happiness especially to the one’s who are in love. This is all Valentine’s season, awaiting the day, spending all their evenings in shopping and as well saving their pocket money to buy gifts for their valentines and planning for their day outs & parties for the auspicious day. All the galleries and gift shops are stuffed with beautiful gifts, dazzling lights and crowded people.

When I was walking into the complex I’ve noticed an Archie’s Gallery which was decorated beautifully & I could not take my eyes of it. I got in and checked with many gifts, cards, teddy & many more but was not able to decide what to take. So, I just walked out and thought of preparing my own card for my valentine. There were many plans running over my mind for THE DAY and as well for what to give, how to celebrate.

Then I bought some material for my card and started preparing it. I remembered my set of nail polishes; Marks & Spencer’s where there are few glittering colors which I could use in the card preparation. Once I was done with the card I was so happy and was eagerly waiting for THE DAY. I made many plans for it. Finally it was 13th Feb, in the evening time. I thought nothing else in this world could stop me from meeting my valentine & spending my time with my valentine. I had my dinner early and went in my room dreaming about it lying on my bed, counting down the seconds looking at the clock. I brought all my gifts that I wanna give my valentine and sat on my bed watching them & eagerly waiting to greet my valentine.

The clock struck twelve; all of a sudden it was completely dark. I picked up a candle from the table and lit it. There I see someone coming near me holding something. Then I said, “Thank you Mom!”, “ISH NOI WOW SWEESHASH…”(it's not mom sweet heart) said a voice from the dark. Holding my breath I focused the light on the side from where I heard the voice. To my surprise it’s my valentine, holding a tray in his hands, a rose in between the lips in the luminescence. He had a bowl full of ice in his hands with decorative candle in it. He gave me the bowl and started plucking all the petals of the rose looking into my eyes. When it’s finished he ignited the candle and slowly holding my hand said,

“THERE IS A CANDLE IN MY HEART
WHICH IS BRIGHTLY BURNING & GLOWING
ITS LOVE WHO MADE THE FIRE
                              TO IGNITE MY CANDLE
                              BECAUSE WE ARE A FAMILY
                              WHOSE HEARTS ARE BLAZING
                              SO LETS RAISE
                              AND LIGHT UP OUR LIFE.”

Then he took the bowl from my hands, blew off the candle and put it aside. He kissed my forehead and told me “MY LOVE!... ITS YOU WHO MADE THE FIRE IN ME, I LOVE YOU.” I went blank not knowing whether it’s a happening or a dream just starring at him. Suddenly he switched on the lights to make me understand what has happened. There were no words to me to say. Then he tapped on my back and asked “IS IT FOR ME?” pointing out the gifts on my bed. He took them and said “OKAY DEAR, ITS TIME TO LEAVE… MEET YOU TOMORROW AT OUR REGULAR MEETING POINT; SEE YOU AT DINER TIME BYE!” Taking the gifts he jumped down the balcony and left. It’s really,

                                 AMAZING!
                                 SURPIRSING!
                                 THRILLING!
                                 WOW!!! It’s so EXCITING!

Then I thought, “BEAUTIFUL IS MY LIFE WITH YOUR PRESENCE, ENJOYING EACH OF ITS MOMENTS WITH YOUR ESSENCE…”

Never did I expect that there’d be a DAY so far in my life which brought cheer to my expression & happiness at heart.

It’s the most unforgettable day in my life, My first Valentine’s Day.

                                                                                     With Love....
